First school bus in Ghalil

At 7:00 o’clock on February 16, the new school bus of Ghalil began its work to transport about 100 students from their towns to school.

The bus transports students from different towns in Ghalil to ABIDAR ELGHIFARI high school in AIT AISSA and MOULAY ABDLAH BEN HSAYN in Taghzout. That encourages students to study and have more opportunity and helps to fight nonattendance.

Before, the students of Ghalil had to return to their houses two times a day by their bikes and run the risk of having accidents, like the student Rachid Zennou who could have died because he wanted to study.

Every student must pay 150 DHS for a month to pay the driver. The company SBTR and the association of BO ONGARF are going to pay for the fuel.

Moha Bouargaln, the president of SBTR said about that: «We should help our students to finish their study and be successful in their lives because they are our ambition to develop our society».

That is the first bus, but there are other two buses from ”THE HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INITIATIVE’’ and they will begin in the second term this year.

In addition, the high school of Ghalil is being built now so those students won't need to go to AIT AISSA or TAGHZOUT to study.
